A private beach house located directly on the Atlantic. Endless wide sandy beach. Located on paved road 17 km south of Ilheus airport., Bahia, Brazil. Backed by Mata Atlantica nature forest reserve. Very safe & uncrowded location for complete relaxation. Very close enough to shoips and restaurants in Ilheus. Bahia state has more days of sunshine than any area of Brazil and annual temperature range of 22 to 35 C. Always an ocean breeze. Ilheus is the "chocolate capital" of Brazil with Cacau growing in the area. Mata Atlantica forest, waterfalls secluded beaches abound on the 2 hr. drive north to the resort town of Itacare where surfing is popular. If you are seeking a place to unwind and walk forever on the wide sandy Atlantic beach, this is for you! 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedroom with twin beds + pullout couch in living room. Full kitchen, living area and wrap around veranda. Upstairs bedroom has ensuite bath and private balcony overlooking the ocean. Downstairs 3 piece bath. Hot water. Private pool and Churrasca (barbeque) building with washroom on front yard. WiFi throughout the inside & veranda areas as well as two telephones. Full security system. Beautiful area.
